Great service but the prices are pretty low from other scrap yards and they dont offer to buy all metals they just tell you to throw it off and then they dont have a weight to go from.

They don't accept plastics and are picky with metals, was hung up on on the phone. Was given no recommendations of where to go. Maybe the website should be updated?

I honestly wish I could leave a negative star review, extremely rude, act as of you're bothering them. Truck bed full and 22.50 ... Needless to say I will never go back and would never recommend to anyone. I will direct everyone elsewhere.

went to look to see if they had any of my vehicle because I was looking for an armrest they didn’t have any of my make and model so I started to leave when an old lady ran out and chased me down and asked can I help you I said politely I was looking for said make and model but that they didn’t have any her attitude was “”SO”” I being confused and thinking well you asked me why I was here why is your attitude “SO” then the next words out of her mouth was we been having a lot of issues with people stealing then before I could say anything she cut me off again saying that I needed to come tell them why I’m there and she shouldn’t have to be watching the cameras and only at that point two minutes into this conversation and basically being called a thief I did get mad but I didn’t say or act in an extreme as tempted as I was to do so I kept myself at a low level of anger so I’m thinking ok if your watching on the camera then did I stick a engine block or rim down my pants I then tried to tell her that I had been coming there off and on for a long time buying parts and no one has ever told me that I had to check in first I have bought at least ten parts from this place in the past and no one ever said hey I know you probably didn’t know but we would like you to ask first because had anyone ever told me this in the twenty years Iv been going there I would have respected that and did so but she wasn’t listening and kept arguing so I told her ok then I will not come back if she wasn’t going listen no big deal the interiors of the cars here are always ruined anyway I then called to ask if their “”policy”” had always been that way and the owner answered I then asked if said policy had always been that way he said oh you are the one who was just here and he was also argumentative and didn’t want to here it he also tried insult my intelligence outright twice by saying things like
“”someone of my intellect”” like he wouldn’t be a little mad if the first thing someone said to him was he’s a thief
I didn’t call there to talk about the lady or the incident I called to ask what the policy was and had it changed in the last few years he brought the incident up he then said that it’s always been like that and that also I needed to pay upfront this is also the first time being told that as well and in the twenty years Iv been going there why hadn’t any of the people Iv talked to there ever say that also how am I going to pay for something up front when I have no idea if they even have it to begin with he also said how would I like it if he showed up at my house and started just walking around I told him that’s a private residence he said this is a private business key word there ((BUSINESS))they run a pick and pull
I said yes Walmart is also a private business but Iv never had to tell the cashier that I’m here to buy a laundry basket
in closing I get where they are coming from thieves are everywhere but neither one of them wanted to to listen to anything I had to say about how no one had ever told me that I lv always just got the part and they take my money and I leave 100 % do not recommend this place I’ll be driving out of my way from now on

Very big rip offs charge brand new prices for junk stuff but yet spin it around and they want to give less than 100 dollars for a whole car and for the littlest things they take off money
