I’ve had many different experiences with Verizon. I began our service 2 years ago in Chillicothe with Nicole! Went back to Chillicothe and NO Nicole and was treated very rude. I didn’t want to go back to a store in person but an issue came up and I had to visit my hometown Verizon. When I walked in there was Nicole!!! She was the absolute best and the other guys working with her was friendly as well. She remembered who I was and what business account I was there about and got right to business. I purchased a tablet to add to my business account!! She is the BEST!!!! Hopefully she will always handle our business account!

I literally hate the service I get because I literally have to fight with my phone just to get on the internet and I'm supposed to have unlimited service on my phone and I've called Verizons customer service and I didn't have to fight with my phone for internet service for 2 or 3 days tops so now I'm literally going to switch back to at@t just because I never had this problem with any other phone carrier and my husband told me that I should definitely switch back to at@t so that's what I'm going to do I definitely suggest all Verizon customers do the same thing if they are experiencing the same problem.
