Need to have the Customer Service team trained properly on not only how to properly treat customers but also help them understand what endorsement of a check means. They claim to be experts on check cashing but in fact don’t work at a bank but at a Walmart. When you’re wrong you’re wrong and just because you’re embarrassed or have a problem accepting the fact that the world doesn’t revolve about your opinion. Corporate has already made it clear that Customer Service is in fact in the wrong but they refuse to accept the truth and just cash a simply 100 dollar check. No worries! No matter what the check will in fact be cashed and you will understand. This isn’t a competition of who’s right or wrong. Walmart corporate will always have their way.

Wears me out to shop there, but I can get everything I need in one place, and I hate to go from one store to another.

Always dirty, and no one knows where anything is located in the store. Sever do not understand what you are asking them (language barrier). I only go there if I can not find something at another store. Plus, very seldom find anything made in the USA.

They refuse to honor their clearance sale prices if it does not come up on the register they correct price. I've never experienced anything like it at any other store. If the clearance tag is on the shelf, merchandise matches the description on the yellow sale tag directly below the item stating it is $11.37 and at self checkout it rings up $16.97 the attendant shoulld not act like you are lying about the price. The attendant should graciously offer to check the price. Of course it's self checkout and said attendant can't leave to check the price. Not wanting to pay $5 over the tagged price I offer a solution. I personally will walk my disabled self (can walk with aid icane for stability due to a chronic condition)back to the other side of the store to get the tag to verify the sale price. I was advised not to remove the tag b/c "it's the correct sale tag for another item back there, just not this one. " Another associate joins the party to scan the item on their phone. Of course, it's the original price there also. They can scan with their phone but not make the trek to actually check the shelf and the tag. By now I'm determined to prove their system is incorrect, I'm not crazy, not lying to the cashier, not scamming Walmart for $5. I make the trip to the sale isle where I proceed to take a picture with my phone of the identical items hanging together with the clearance tag clearly underneath. I take a 2nd to zoom in on the tag with the description of the item, clearly matches the item. Confident that this is possible plenty of proof that the 8tem is not ringing up correctly. All this and the attendant still will not adjust the price. Claiming the item was not the same as the one sale tag that the SKU # was 1 digit off and a customer must have put 8t in the wrong place. I then showed her my 1st pic...of the 6 others hanging on the rack just above the tag is just shown her. Her response was that customers pick thing up and then put them down wherever and they end up in the wrong space! I was speechless....almost!
I replied yes, I'm sure they we do, but we don't move the entire display over to clearance and put a corresponding sale tag on it for a $5 discount! I'm sorry, ma'am I can't mark it down. Unbelievable! I had nothing left to say. I could see the look of satisfaction as if she had won by not fixing the price to what it clearly was signed! Way to go ole girl you saved Walmart $5. Hope you have to stay late and walk .from one end of the store to the forth three fol d dry t we to put up the f feeder$144.xx worth of groceries and personal çare items that I left. It's stuff 3r

I feel this is one of the better Walmart locations. It tends to be clean though not always. It could always use more and better organization. The convenient location is nice for me. Being tied to other smaller businesses around makes this a popular destination.
