The teller in Oak Hill, TR: 115 301-4, has a bad attitude after she lost my money. She threatened to close my account if I "didn't be quiet while we fix the issue." Who says that to people?If you loose my money, you should not talk bold when it was your mistake that led to this. Also, if I'm in my car in the drive thru having my own conversation, you aren't going to tell me to be quiet when no one was talking to you.We had a separate teller help fix the issue, but that other girl was insistent on being loud and taking over the microphone.Learn how to do your job and you won't have to face upset customers.

I had my insurance through Wesbanco insurance as they were able to give me a very competitive rate, paired with the top-notch customer service provided by Ryan Mullins. Unfortunately, I recently moved into an area where their rates couldn't compete with some other quotes I received. I will certainly miss the service and will happily switch back if I ever move back into their region.
