The friendliest people you could ever do business with. They always answer a call, they are always polite and very prompt with service. Prices are the fairest you’ll find around. Looking forward to many more years of business.

I've been a customer for at least a decade with nothing but good to say. They have been tremendous in meeting my needs with a smile. Great service even when very busy during prep time for winter...

Friendly people with prompt service. Always give that little extra if asked to. Considering the times we live in prices are fair. Would recommend.

We purchased a new house that had a propane-fueled fireplace, but didn't plan on using it. When winter came and our heat pump furnace couldn't keep the house warm enough, we called Countryside Propane because their name was on the tank outside. They came out very quickly to refill the tank, and went above the call of duty by coming inside to check our fireplace and show us how to use it. They answered all of our questions and were a pleasure to work with. We really appreciate the very friendly and prompt service! Now our house is toasty warm, and we'll be recommending Countryside Propane to anyone who needs propane service.

We ran out of propane for our cooking stove on Sunday, called this morning and they delivered propane to us before noon.

The owner of this business is a complete ghoul who doesn't know how to run it nor put it any work or take responsibility. I call on a Saturday morning to put in a propane order while I'm pretty low and he says best he can do is Monday. I come home from work that day and the tank is EMPTY. I call him to ask what's wrong only for him to pretend he never heard from me Saturday and I'll have to wait the following morning, mind you it's winter and 22 DEGREES. He will leave you and your kids freezing until HE deems it to be convenient to help you out. You are better off working with Buckeye Propane.
