“Improve training of staff on register so you do not lose customers who try to support small business. My husband bought covid rapid tests 12/28/2021 using our flexible health savings account (FSA) card without issue. I purchased additional packs on 12-29-2021 and was told my FSA was declined. I asked that they push correct button for FSA on their end for card to go through. My husband's card and mine have identical numbers, as does my son's. I was told something changed on their register & there was nothing he could do about it. I asked him to get pharmacistb to help because my husband had no problem the day before. He told me the pharmacist couldn't do anything about it and just stood there. I said fine, I need these due to an out break in my family so I'll pay for them out of pocketband turn in the receipt for reimbursement. When I look at receipt today to turn in THERE'S NO DESCRIPTION OF PURCHASE. IT SAYS MISCELLANEOUS NON-FSA item. Now I cannot get my money reimbursed to me because the receipt will not be accepted by our FSA account. My husband went up there & there's nothing they can do to help us because even though they refunded our money & tried to run the PURCHASE THE CORRECT WAY our HSA is saying rapid tests are not covered in 2022. So we had to repay the pharmacy out of pocket again.”
