I've been a long time customer with Andover bank...unfortunately I closed my accounts down. I wouldn't recommend this bank to anyone especially Jefferson branch. Even the simplest tasks are a hassle. The customer service is HORRIBLE! Thanks for nothing Kim.

Really struggling with an ATM that doesn't accept deposits. Need to deposit cash but NOPE can't do that. Cant make bankers hours due to work. So frustrating that every way I try to get this bank to take my money it always comes with problems. Absolutely frustrating.

This is a rating for the Jefferson branch only. I want certain bills and change when cashing check but get whatever the teller feels like giving
