Because nothing was explained to me and I came to HR Block because I thought I could get my money sooner than later and I was informed that I can’t and it cost me 375$ to do my taxes- I would have done them myself if I knew I couldn’t get any money soon. I was told by lady on the phone when they told me to come in and sign papers I was told I could get my money sooner within few days but then when I got there the lady who actually did my taxes told me I could not.
