Took my mom to Victory to look for a car and it took a little bit but we came up with a deal in her budget range we could both live with and then after the deal was done offered to combined her other car payment for a car that didnt last a year that she bought somewhere else, in with this one. That helped her out a lot. Now, she only has to make one smaller payment and can still afford to put gas in her car and maybe even get me a Christmas present... ??

Bought a Santa fe here for my wife, the whole process was very smooth. Jack Morris our salesman was fantastic, I'd recommend asking for him.We traded 2 cars and was offered full value for them based on blue book. The financing was fast and easy, even with the extra trade in.

Service PLUS !!We had a break down on our way through Ohio and Victory Hyundai stepped up and helped us like no one has even done before. What an amazing team they have. They provided us with numbers for a car rental and even shuttled us around....who does that??? Victory did. Not being in our own Country it was scary as we had no idea what next steps to take. Danny (GM) stepped up, he understood and didn't ask for anything in return. If I could I would buy all my cars from them!! They felt bad for us being in a strange place and if they could have fixed the car they would have....I wish they could have that is how much we trusted them. Thank you for evenything!

I went to them for a trade in and to get a 2020 Hyundai Kona I had been looking at. Michael Baker was super friendly and made the whole process quick and easy. He got us into the car we wanted for the price we wanted. One of the best dealership experiences I’ve ever had. I will definitely be going back to them for all of my car purchases and would recommend them to anyone looking for a friendly staff that will listen to you and help you get what you want

Have had my brand new vehicle there multiple times now for warranty work, recalls, and complaints with the vehicle they couldn't duplicate. When I went to pick up my vehicle from a warranty claim for a completely different issue, my engine was misfiring and unable to drive, in addition to various fasteners laying across my core support that were not in the correct location upon reinstallation. I refused to take back possession of the vehicle, and come to find out they damaged some of the wiring in the engine bay, as well as cut the cover off my high pressure fuel pump and just stuck it back in there cut in half...rather than slide it off properly. Had a decent experience with their sales team, but the service department leaves much to be desired. Absolute hack job, and I will no longer be doing any business with them, warranty or not.

Michael Baker was a terrific salesman to work with. From the beginning, he listened to what we wanted and we did not feel pressured. We ended up buying a 2023 Hyundai Tuscon and are very satisfied with our choice. Would reccomend Michael and Victory Hyundai to others!

I tried Victory after dealing with a larger dealership in Lake County who just didn’t seem to care about making a deal. Mike and the whole team at Victory were very accommodating. They helped me turn in my lease and get a new car for a much more reasonable monthly payment.

We've been to quite a few Hyundai Dealers to have our cars serviced. Hands down, this place has been the best. Dogs are welcome here and just about the entire staff petted my Dachshund when I was there last.

A word of advice to local car dealerships: If you have a customer who knows exactly what they want, are willing to pay the msrp, wait for the vehicle, have excellent credit, and are also putting 5 figures down on top of their trade in. Do not try to charge them 2k over msrp, and rudely offer 4k less on their trade in than another dealership within driving distance. I really do my best to shop locally, unless the business owners are difficult or somehow completely out of touch. The $6500 difference was worth making the trip to another dealership that is ironically owned by a former Ashtabula resident. After this experience I would highly recommend shopping around before committing to a purchase at Victory Ford Hyundai Toyota in Jefferson.

Had an absolute great experience here with a trade in and purchase of a new vehicle. Process couldn't have been smoother or simpler to get into a new vehicle. Ian and the team did a great job explaining everything and making it as easy as possible.
