THIS LOCATION STEALS* We had on camera valuable packages being marked delivered and the carrier simply drives off. We filed a complaint, the investigation was non-existent. They stated the package exists but not where it went since it didn’t leave their truck. Again, camera, and multiple witnesses. They basically told us to go away almost verbatim. The police were not helpful as they
said it’s on the post office. They tried to say it was a scam, ok, but where is our scam-package then? No answer. We reordered our packages and behold! It wasn’t a scam. Again folks, this location STEALS and there’s no accountability. They don’t have cameras, and customer service is wildly incompetent. They don’t investigate. The most we got was “the carrier said it was delivered” so it must be true. 🤦 I guess if you want free stuff work at this location and steal everyone’s things.

I’ve had a package come to Jefferson and then get sent back to Cleveland several times in the last 3 days. I’d say it’s cause of the weather being so horrible right now but I had another package get delivered today and it came from Cleveland. So beyond unhappy

2 nd time I’ve sent my son package from NC & they hold at post office. He does NOT drive so it’s hard to walk to p.o, get package & walk home. & NO THIS IS NOT CUSTOMES REQUEST! He has packaged delivered EVERYDAY

Ame has THE worst customer service I have ever experienced. Not only rude to me, was also rude to the fedex guy. I’m gonna avoid Ame at all costs when I have to mail a package.

This location employs a bunch of rude morons. I've had repeated issues with my packages getting delivered. Every time, the carrier will come up with a random excuse. The tracking information I get is vague/unhelpful. So I have to go to this post office and talk to these jerks. Right off the bat, they act like the problem is my fault. Every time I've had an issue, there was some sort of screwup by the carrier or someone else before it got to the carrier. The USPS sucks in general, but the employees at this place do their best to make it suck even more. I guess the only solution for me would be to move to a location with a post office staffed by decent human beings, but that probably doesn't exist.

they do not do their job!! very unprofessional and under staffed. they need a no star mail never comes i haven't gotten mail in 3 weeks several packages over time stolen its never ending with them. if you don't want to sort mail and deliver it then don't!
