My wife and I purchased a “certified” Highlander and our purchasing experience was very poor. It had 40k ish miles on it. The wiper blades were the OE blades and needed replacing as soon as we got it home. They were so bad that it wasn’t safe to drive in the rain. The interior was very dirty with an old moldy orange peel under the back seats. The 3rd row seats and trunk area were covered in sand. These issues were brought to their attention before we purchased it and they said they would clean it before we picked it up but they didn’t. The tires are all choppy and very noisy. We are very disappointed specially since we purchased an extended warranty and service plan from them as well. When spending that much money, I expect a higher level of service. We will not be using them for our future vehicle purchases.

My experience at Victory Toyota was wonderful! My salesman was Ian who went above and beyond to be welcoming and congenial! He answered every possible question, and included Terry, his boss, who was also wonderful, in many aspects of our discussions. Ian sent me texts and pictures to keep me updated on each step of our process. It was a half hour drive to get to Victory, but it was well worth it! I have already recommended this company to a friend, and would recommend it to everyone!

Buying a vehicle is at times very stressful. Victory Toyota made the process stress free. Everyone I came in contact with were welcoming and helpful. They work with you , listen, and are fair. Shout out to Michael Baker, thank you for patience and all the work you did to find the right vehicle for me.

My wife and I just bought a new SUV from Jack at Victory. It was one of the easiest car buying experiences I've ever had. Jack was awesome, he made sure every question was answered during the whole process. Victory was much better on trade in value appraisal as well. I was offered fair value, unlike other dealers who tried to rip me off thinking I didn't research the value of what I owned.

Sold me a car with bad tires that are very loud when you drive on the highway. During my test drive, the noise was minimal because we did not get on the highway. On my way home, I noticed the noise and immediately called their service department. They scheduled my visit and when they looked at the car, the service department said that the tires needed to be replaced. However, the manager did not want to pay for the new tires and told me that it was not a safety issue, and therefore not covered under the warranty. We spent a lot of time arguing back and forth until I realized that they are a bunch of greedy people who do not care about their customer satisfaction, but just the bottom line. We finally agreed that I should use the car for a couple of weeks, and if the noise did not reduce, then I would call them back and return the car for service. The noise was still there after two weeks. So, I called the manager, and, to my surprise, he pretended not to remember me, put me on hold, then hang up on me.I am never doing business with these guys again.Beware!

Victory Toyota texted and emailed me, writing, the Toyota I wanted was being loaded off the Truck. I informed Sales-Terry Billias that I wanted to purchase the vehicle, to reserve it and that I was driving up (1.5hr away) to pick it up at 11am.Well, upon arrival, while they were dealing with me that morning, come to find out the vehicle I wanted was already being sold to another family.Terry and Sales Manager Tristan Osborne after apologizing, the two of them immediately try to up sale me on another more expensive model. So, in short, I wasted an entire morning, 3 to 4 hours of my time. My wife taking a day off from work to drive me up there. The real kicker is later that day. I received an email from Danny Benase the General manager about the higher price model and would I like to test drive it. Sales Manager Tristen did offer me a tank of gas that never happened, but the thought was nice.

terrible service. took my truck in for several recalls, one gutting the whole truck because of a leaking 3rd brake light, another for blower motor replacement. had no dash lights brining it in, get vehicle back with manager telling me steering wheel part needed replaced and would cost over 1000$, was obvious someone broke something as they left parts in my truck. with dash lights on. was done in the winter time, turn my AC on for the first time in the summer and AC isn't working. did get a loaner but didnt have my truck for 3 months, never got a contact from the service manager about covering cost of whatever they broke. so basically took my truck in for service, got it back worse than when i brought it in.

We just purchased a 2023 Palisade Calligraphy. Emilee, Terry and Gill were great to work with. Emilee sent me a short video of the car I inquired about before we went up there to look at it. That was a super nice touch! We enjoyed the whole experience. Thank you to the Victory Team!

A word of advice to local car dealerships: If you have a customer who knows exactly what they want, are willing to pay the msrp, wait for the vehicle, have excellent credit, and are also putting 5 figures down on top of their trade in. Do not try to charge them 2k over msrp, and rudely offer 4k less on their trade in than another dealership within driving distance. I really do my best to shop locally, unless the business owners are difficult or somehow completely out of touch. The $6500 difference was worth making the trip to another dealership that is ironically owned by a former Ashtabula resident. After this experience I would highly recommend shopping around before committing to a purchase at Victory Ford Hyundai Toyota in Jefferson.

Great place to buy a vehicle. We’ve bought 2 cars in the last 4 months, and the sales team have been great at getting us what we wanted, and at very competitive prices.

Please! Please! DO NOT take your vehicle to Toyota for maintenance. They originally quoted me a 2 hr job to fix a couple sensors and ended up keeping it 5 days. Then they turned around and said they would have to fix both rear wheel bearings with the speed sensors. With labor and parts they quoted me $2200. This is disgusting! They are upcharging their parts 400 to 500%. Labor is right around $130 an hour. They are flat out ripping people off. Please go to a local mechanic. This is one of the worst experiences I've ever had getting my vehicle worked on at any dealership!

Went in for an oil change, mentioned that a 4HI & 4LO light flashed a few weeks prior and asked about it. They called and said they would have to diagnose it more (@ $149 per hour) no problem, I asked to leave it alone because it really wasn't an issue, oil change only please. Picked up the truck, and the light has been flashing ever since. I called and asked for explanation (because I need to tell the next mechanic at a different dealership)--at first the person on the phone just told me they turned it on and it was like that. After I explained, again, it wasn't like that and that light only happened twice and the last time was weeks before she said she would talk to the tech -- calls me back with "tech put it in 4HI and then 4LO and light came on"... so went in with a non issue and picked up with an issue.ALSO--- there were grease marks all over inside of my driver door, steering wheel, gear shift, outside of door and hood. They ignored that issue when I called back.I live 15 mins away and try to stay local, but will not be doing that.I'm sitting here now looking for reputable certified toyota dealers and I'm obviously very frustrated.I will not have service here again, and if you are bringing your car in here for service, be ready to be wiping off everything inside, and take it to the carwash.Context : I have a Tundra TRD PRO
