Long story short, don’t shop at this location. The store itself was a mess and unappealing to shop in. My well-being felt very uncomfortable being there. The manager was an absolute nightmare. She was very rude and made a super simple situation into a very stressful and difficult one.AEO customer service took care of me though :-) and was completely distraught about the managers behavior and how I was treated after I told them about the situation.

Brandon and his coworkers were very helpful when I came in. They helped me get ready for a Christmas party and even corrected me on my pants size. Very friendly and approachable and I appreciate everything they did.

As typical with most retailersThe men's dept is regulated to a tiny corner of the store. 3/4 of the store is dedicated to women.Why is that? Men are 50% of the population and enjoy shopping too.

I'm a trans woman who decided to shop for a few new items for my wardrobe. The staff were fantastic, and so very helpful making sure I had the correct sizes and styles for my body shape. Love them so much.
