My wife & I wanted to purchase an RV Buckeye had the model we were after. They had 1 model but said it was possibly gonna be sold to another customer 🤔 but we could move forward with the paperwork in case it wasn’t sold. We did so. I credit scores were both 650+ . The bank we let you buy a home with that. We were given the run around for approval for several days while buckeye shopped our credit scores around. One hard inquiry after another. To later be denied. They quit answering the phone. So we went to Country Roads RV in Lexington NC. Got approved in 1 day for 2026 Palomino w/reasonable monthly payments. Go to Country Roads RV in Lexington North Carolina if you want to be treated like family and tell them when you go, the MCDANIELS sent you.Buckeye is a No for ME!!!!

Sales department was great service is nonexistent sales department could not even get the service department to call me back for the issues I have so it just seems like they wanna sell them, but they don’t wanna fix someone they’re broke and under warranty and less than two weeks old

Great experience all around, everyone was extremely knowledgeable, likable and not pushy. They just made the entire experience from the search, purchase, and pickup easy and enjoyable. We had shopped around a bunch and this place had the best warranty, price and customer service. Ryan and Brad helped a bunch.

We had an amazing experience here with Buckeye RV. We shopped many dealerships and by far the value add at Buckeye RV far exceeded the rest. Ryan was a great salesman to deal with. No pressure at all, completely dedicated to service. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for an RV.

Talk about no pressure tactics ! This place and their salespeople are amazing. Essentially I told them what we were interested in, they took us out there and let us explore different models. Periodically, he stopped in and answered all the questions we had. No pressure, no over selling. Absolutely love that it’s a family business and not a huge corporation trying to pry every last penny from you. We felt as if they cared for us, and not just the sale. We would highly recommend Buckeye RV and Salesman Joe!

We just purchased our first travel trailer from Buckeye RV and were really pleased with the process. Ryan and Nick at the Jeffersonville location were great to work with in finding the right trailer for our situation, as were Lori and Tom at the Wilmington location. Stacy, Josiah, and Matt in Wilmington were also very helpful when we picked it up. We feel like we got a good deal and good service, and that they showed sincere interest in our being comfortable and happy with our experience.

If I could give 0 stars, I would.
My experience with Buckeye RV has been frustrating from the start and only got worse over time. Right after purchase, the electric water heater didn’t work on first use, the cheap tires blew out quickly, and the so-called “lifetime warranty” turned out to be a nightmare.
Most recently, after my RV was deemed a total loss nearly two months ago, I’ve been dealing with endless runaround over warranty refunds. Despite promises, there was no communication for weeks until I followed up myself—only then did anything move forward. Even then, the refund check was sent out late, meaning payments were still due in the meantime. The lack of responsiveness, professionalism, and accountability has been exhausting.
I would not recommend Buckeye RV to anyone. Save yourself the stress and go elsewhere.

We can’t say enough nice things about Jim and the Service Team. They are all
“Top Notch” We are from NC traveling from Niagara Falls to the Ark Adventure in KY and as we were passing thru Columbus OH a
UPS truck passed us and broke the passenger side mirror. We stopped to try and save the mirror from falling off with duct tape. No luck. We stopped at the next available place to try and fix it. Buckeye RV was that next stop. They were TOTALLY AWESOME!!! The Service team helped my husband with scrap Brackets, screws and tools…We can’t “Thank you”Enough!!
