“We visited to take back an item and they were extremely nice and very helpful. We have gone to this EB outlet store often as this is halfway between Columbus and Cincinnati in which cities we have family. They have a good selection with very good pricing. The staff are tremendous with some having been there for twenty years. We were served by Holly who has excellent customer service skills. They are very conveniently located and have plenty of free parking. Stop by for some nice deals and friendly vibes.”
