For being open now for about a year(ish) I was surprised how dirty the mens bathroom was!! Sweep the floor and mop it for starters!! All the metal plates that hold the toliet paper some are missing, the mirrors are dirty with soap and water spots, counter is alway's wet and not cleaned up!! Nothing more embarrassing walking out with a water spot across the waste area on yourself!! Corporate probably needs a "surprise visit" with them and walk around the store?? To much wrong thing with a store opened this short of a time already....

Dirty bathrooms as in many reviews. Came here once and then again 24 hours later. Same discarded toilet paper and trash all over the bathrooms as before. Had not been cleaned in that time.

They don't seem to understand what "toasted" means (I even took the sandwich back specifying that it was barely toasted... They gave me a new sandwich that was still barely toasted), staff seemed to be on autopilot despite me trying to be polite and sympathetic about it
