The cashier was raising her voice to me and swearing under her breath I didn't do anything to instigate this reaction, and if there going to have hot dogs on the rollers there should be buns available there were none I sent an email to the corporate office about this with her name attached hopefully she gets reprimanded and re trained on proper etiquette dealing with the public

Was seriously playing Unedited vulgar language and words Dr Dre rap music through the store sound system super loud! What ?! There were families in the store. We were coming back from Kings Island. Staff blamed the music on the OWNER. Wow. Beware families leaving Kings Island do not stop here. This store keeps deleting my review . I will continue to post. Unacceptable

Was blindsided with vulgar unedited obscene rap music playing loudly through the store speakers! There was also a young mom with a baby in the store. Employees said the owner is responsible for the music they play. Wow. I am telling you it was bad. Beware of this store # 7611. This was not late at night and all.kinds of public coming in and out. Disgusting and unacceptable.

Have the best coffee machine and customer service hands down !!! Special espresso machine ram out of milk in the middle of making it cashier said no problem takes 20 seconds to fill if you have time and then she didn’t even charge me for my cup and also made sure it went ok let me know it just picks right back up don’t have to do anything machine just makes your coffee where it left off !!!! Seriously great customer service!!! Will be back and telling local people to come here
