Absolutely garbage
Was told I had to pay for a PO box before I could receive my mail because they don't deliver to the local RV park and my package was shipped back to the sender

I find out that this woman calls up where I am living and tries to get me in trouble with our landlord because she didn't like our interaction this woman needs fired! After reading some of the other reviews she absolutely needs fired. I can see why this post office has such a bad reviews. I'm calling corporate and seeing what I can do about it.

We have overnighted and shipped Priority Mail several packages thru this post office and we got suspicious so the last couple times for an experiment we sent packages thru Jeffersonville post office and Washington Courthouse post office at the same time and yes that lady that runs Jeffersonville post office is charging overnight prices and Priority mail prices and then just send it regular mail we suspect she is scamming our money we are turning her in

Very Rude lady at the front desk this am! Very unprofessional post office worker!We feel discriminated by her actions.We have proper documents for a new PO box..we want apology for her actions today!

While mailing my Christmas cards, I mixed up cards that I would hand deliver with the stamped cards. With nothing but the 1st name of the addressee and my "Love Auntie" at the bottom, the staff tracked me down by posting messages on social media. A cousin saw the post and alerted me. How rare to find someone to go so far above and beyond. AND ALL THE CASH WAS INSIDE UNDISTURBED. Honest people who do their best. That's what I found at this post office. Thank you!
