“There is a reason this hotel is highly rated! Madison who works nights was super friendly and sweet to us. The lady working breakfast was so helpful and nice also! Caitlin M did an amazing job with this room, it is spotless, beds smell good and are comfy. We stayed in room 302. The pool is warm! For a Saturday night it was very peaceful and quiet during the night. I also love that its tucked back some. We will definitely be back. I honestly prefer this hotel chain than Drurys, Marriott, etc. Super impressed and affordable.”

We had an absolute blast at Launch Jeffersonville! From the moment we walked in, the energy was amazing and the facility was clean, well-organized, and so much fun for the whole family.
A huge shoutout to Ben and Ashley, who were truly the highlights of our visit! They were friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to make sure our family had the best experience possible. Ben kept things running smoothly and was so helpful every step of the way, and Ashley’s warm and welcoming attitude made us feel right at home from the start. It’s clear they genuinely love what they do, and that made all the difference.
