“I began WFH during the Pandemic and simultaneously started going thru hormonal changes - so I have unfortunately gained some significant extra lbs ??♀️ over the past few yrs (currently 43, between sizes 16 and 18 ??). I was honestly extremely hesitant in even trying to shop here, as I assumed nothing would fit (plus, I was dressed down coming directly from a soccer tournament up in Columbus on one of the hottest days of the yr). However, as soon as I walked inside, Vickie approached me and was the KINDEST, sweetest - and respectfully honest - employee I've worked with in quite some time! She was attentive (and NOT in a hovering way whatsoever, thank God lol ??) as I was picking items out and getting everything into a dressing rm, she checked on me to offer to get new sizes and take any unwanted items - and further helped me at checkout, by upsellling but helping me save more money on my entire purchase (9/03/23 @ 4:54 p.m.). *So rare* to find help like this anymore, esp in brick and mortar stores...THANK YOU VICKIE (#179307) for all of your help! ☺️WHBM: PLZ continue to hire more wonderful Sales Reps like Vickie!! ?With ?,MLW (Customer # -6579)”

However, they helped my find the jacket all the way in Columbus at another location and had it shipped to my place. Great service.”

“Only 4 out of 5 and here's the reason ... the sales associate who rang up my purchase could not understand what I was spelling. I had to repeat and spell out my name 3x before I finally just accepted the 4th misspelling and completed my purchase. Prices were great and there was a good selection to choose from though.”

“Great place for stylish office wear, and occasionally weekend clothes as well. Their clothes are cute and feminine, although a bit more formal than their sister store, the Loft. Weekend wear is more for going to brunch rather than the park and office clothing is also somewhat formal, although several non suit options are available. I tend to shop at the Loft more often, although I occasionally will find great items here.”
