Customers are wonderful, easy to talk to and very professional. They explained everything in detail and communicated with the customer every step of the way. The shop is honest, reasonably priced and the only shop trust to diagnose issues that a dealership could not. Appointment change is last minute and completely understood. Customer service is outstanding, with updates always had. No random mystery charges. Pricing is reasonable and customers will definitely be back.
The owners and staff are very professional. The years of knowledge of the shop are unmatched. Howland Autohaus is the only place I would take my Euro car.

Ended up with a flat tire, went to tire discounter for repair. My car was missing the key for my tire locks. They didn’t have the tire lock key either. Referred me to Howland Autohaus. They were able to get me fixed up! Really friendly and helpful staff. I will be back!
