The owner was out for dentist appointment and the person who was watching the place should not be left in charge of anything. My wife stopped by to pick up a tire I had dropped off and all the guy could say to her was I don't know which one it is. He never bothered to go OUTSIDE to look at the car. So she came home without the tire. The owner was supposed to be back at 530 so I went back up there, walked in and there's the tire sitting there plain as day. I was furious, and let him know how I felt about him being lazy and not helpful. His response was if you ever come back here and talk to me like that again you'll find yourself laying on the floor!!!
Good riddance because I'll never be back!

First phone call, owner was very rude. Second phone call someone made me an appointment and said owner would call me back. Call them day of appointment and guy on phone was very confused: I called pond tire right after and they got me taken care of within two hours

I inherited doing business with Mr.Kirby because my grandfather anytime he needed tires would go through him and when it became my turn to need to buy some tires my grandpa made sure to send me his way. And I've been doing so personally at least the last 10 years but that is just a drop in the bucket if you compare it to all the years my grandpa has done businesses with him. He's been so fair and honest that I've stopped wasting my time getting estimates anywhere else long ago and just tell him what I need and book my appointment because when I did I would always end up going with him anyway. If I could think of a way to give him any higher recommendation I'll remove this review and replace it with that.
