Today I attempted to go through the self checkout. I was checking out my items when a video replay popped up. The kroger employee came over and didn't find that i had done anything wrong, everything was scanned properly up till then. I continued swiping my items, and just as i was finishing, the video replay popped up again. A different employee came over and showed me that the register said i only scanned 10 items, but i had so much more. I felt accused of attempting to steal. I had scanned everything. If i put domething in a bag that i hadn't scan, wouldn't it say so then? I had to take everything over to a regular register and hsve it all rescanned. Felt like a criminal.

Experienced bad customer service at the location and the manger couldn’t care less to help resolve my issue as well.

Krogers customer service is going down. Fast. The store is mostly minors that can't ring things up, other employees won't help find anything, and the Kroger customer service and money area refuses to sell a roll of quarters. If it wasn't the only store in town I wouldn't go back. Now I have to drive for most shopping in New Albany instead.

The store is fine, but the pickup is a mess. More often than not they call to tell you that your order won’t be ready for hours after the scheduled pickup time. Mind if defeats the purpose. Today the called after the scheduled pickup window had started to tell me it wouldn’t be ready for 2 1/2 more hours.

Kroger should invest in customer service. My card did not work and I had to go to the cashier, Mary, and she was rude.
I go to Aldi's for groceries and now I'm done with their gas station as well.

Unfortunately, their grocery pickup service continues to go downhill. Either your order will not be ready on time because employees call off work so often or you get home and discover half your order is missing. It appears this department is ran by teenagers.

Nice people, bad customer service. They never have hand baskets at the entrance close to the pharmacy. Talked to a manager who bald-faced lied about having baskets there go forward...still hasn't happened. Just walked out of the store where I had to help a sweet old lady with the electric riding cart. They had incorrectly hooked the cord of one to the next one so when she tried to take one of the carts the other fell. I helped her set it upright and rode it out of the way. This was right at the entrance, and no one came over to help her. Could have ended up badly if that second cart had tipped over towards her. I could recount a number of disappointing experiences there, but this was the most recent, and the last straw. They really need to take a good look at the management of this store!

Just bought 10 items at the cashier and got home without an apple I paid for in Saturday night 9/18 around 8:50. Called and they said yea it's here. Bagger missed it and had the opportunity to say sorry my bad or I apologize. Four people milling around doing nothing watching me and he says it's over there on the corner. Thanks a lot. I get it happens at times but I huyss being in a union means never having to say your sorry.

No checkout lanes open. Uscan had a line of 6 deep. Had weeks+ groceries overflowing in cart. Second time in a month this has happened.

I was in krogers today to make a purchase. The tag said it was 7.99 5.99with digital coupon. The item came up full price. I asked the lady about it. She said there was nothing she could do. She said take a picture of the tag with my phone. I went and pulled the tag off the shelf. The whole tag didn’t come off. Still nothing she would do. I understand not getting the digital price. I don’t have your app don’t want it. But I should have at least gotten the 7.99 price. Sad thing is I have been shopping at krogers since 2000. Zero help. I did not purchase anything at your store. I don’t think I will be going back there. So now I will be driving 14 miles past your store to go to giant eagle.

Good store.
