I went in to this particular store to purchase a bulb. I also had bought rotors (returning them now)and as I'm pulling in I see an employee has the confederate flag on their front bumper. I don't like racists!! We know what that flag represents and O'Reillys has just lost my business forever! Absolutely sad that this country is still so racist in 2025! Do better!!

Johnstown Ohio O'Reilly auto parts is awesome! The employee named O.J. was so kind. Even came out to my car to help me with my hood. Then he checked my transmission fluid.
Newark, Ohio deo Dr store could learn a lot from Johnstown ohio store.
Deo Dr store. Staff is extremely rude. Waited in line for 16 minutes while one employee was outside flirting and the other was telling jokes on the phone

Ashley and brock were professional and they auto zone price, with my new battery they even changed the battery out for me, very good and cool ppl, thanks for your excellent customer service plus it was right at closing time

What a great experience! I’m not the most knowledgeable person when working on cars and had problems trying to change the pads on my car brakes. Some seized bolts and a seized pin took we to O’Reilly’s where not only did I get some super suggestions from Matthew, but was also hooked up with the tools to finish the job. My flailing for 4 hours was quickly solved within an hour + following this advice, and I am so thankful. Thanks again, Matthew for your helpfulness and support (and expertise); you made my day get brighter!

I use O-Rileys most the time but last time in a week ago guy at counter was very unfriendly and quite frankly pissed me off with his attitude before I even told him what I needed. Anyway I wanted a set of brake pads that cost 43 bucks I was buying for someone else ask if he break a 100 emedietly he said no, so I went down the street 200 yards and bought them from Advanced auto they had no problem breaking a 100! Won't go back to that O-Rielys again. You got 1 job and that's to be at least somewhat nice to customers and he was not. Pretty much could tell he had an attitude when I walked to the counter, but it's all good cause I won't be back.

Matt and Ashley have great customer service! However, whoever this Travis character is... He has 0 people skills. No greeting, extremely dry communication and it's the polar opposite of the experience that I get when Matt and Ashley answer the phone.
