I live in Sugar Run Apartments and they are taking us from AEP to NEP a sub metering utility and forcing Spectrum in us adding $65 to our rent. I am looking to move in a year when my lease expires. I like Johnstown an I am a friend with one of your residents, Greg Morey.

I was actually there to visit with a friend that resides there. And what I seen of the apartments thus far they look very decent and nice. If you're looking for a price range that I do not have info on I like I said I was just visiting a friend who resides there.
