I used the card reader instead of cash in the self-serve washing area. I stopped it at $5.09, but I was charged $10.00. Why was I charged after hitting the stop button on the card reader?

I have used this car wash multiple times, giving it multiple chances. Today was the ONLY time i got a good car wash other than the self serve. The Touch Free left bay does a great wash. The soap smelled amazing.First time using the car was, i used the Touch wash. DO NOT USE THE TOUCH WASH. It will scratch your cars paint!! - made this mistake twice.Another time, i used the Touch Free on the right side and it only washed the top half of my car. (might have been due to my car being low to the ground)⭐️I have used the self serve wash countless times and highly recommend doing the work yourself.If i only rated todays wash and the self serve, it would be a 5 star.Do not recommend using the Touch free right bay or the touch wash.

Worst car wash ever!! I used the touchless booth and paid for the best wash choice ($12.00) My vehicle was far from clean after the “wash”. Had to wipe down the entire vehicle surface, using both sides of two microfiber rags. The rags were filthy after the wipe down. How does this place stay in business??

Wanted to wash the salt off my car at a busy time and unfortunately the system shut down before I could get started. Called the owner (on a Sunday evening no less) and he could not be kinder and more helpful. Full refund and complimentary wash. Very appreciated!

I went through the automated car wash and it stopped halfway through the wash. I called them and Chris answered the phone. He confirmed that there was an issue in one of the machines and made it right by offering me 2 washes for free to make up for my time. He took full responsibility and quickly handled my issue. Problems happen in EVERY business, but not every business tries to make it right when something does happen. I will definitely be back to use this wash.

Got their (best) wash $12 the finish product looked more like a $2 wash job left all kinds of dirt on my vehicle and didn’t even get all the soap off!! Definitely don’t recommend!

Just went through the deluxe and it didn't even rinse the soap off let alone clean anything. I had to take it through the hand wash yo rinse off the soap. Very disappointed.

Went several months ago and the touch free left a greasy coating on vehicle. Spoke with new owner and they said were making corrections and tried to make up for the issue.Decided to give it another try this week and half vehicle didn't get washed in the soft touch bay. I paid for the top wash and feel like got less than the lowest price one.
