I had a great experience at Thrope Garage! I came in for a tire alignment, and they went above and beyond. They did a full inspection and even sent me pictures with detailed notes and estimates so I could clearly see what needed attention. I really appreciated how they took the time to explain everything in a way that made sense — no pressure, just honest recommendations. The customer service was excellent, and my car drives perfectly now. Definitely a shop I trust and will keep coming back to! Also very friendly cat to play with while you wait on your car!

Let me tell you this place is awesome. Few months back brought my car in for new tires and new brakes. They texted me and told me that my brakes were good and we did not need new ones. What garage tells u that, usually when u tell them u want something done they do it with no questions even if u really didn’t need it done. If you want an honest and trusting mechanic you need to go to thorpes.

I responded to a Facebook marketplace add for a power washer. I did a lot of research about the unit pictured and described and it was a good deal. They are closed over the weekend so I showed up early Monday morning to purchase the item. I could not find the model featured in the add but they had many units of a lower spec'd unit of the same brand curiously at the price advertised on Facebook. He told me they sold the last unit advertised last week but I corresponded about it on Saturday when they were not open and was told they had several. So they basically advertised one unit and offered a different one. You decide if this is a company you want to do business with.

This place was incredibly professional. Took care of everything that needed to be done. I would highly recommend. Austin greeted me as soon as I walked in and explained everything that was completed on my car. Did not try and upsell anything I did not need. 5 stars.
