Stopped to get 3 in One Oil. I was greeted at the entrance by a very friendly cashier. I showed the picture of the item to her from their web site, which said they had 2 in stock, and she knew exactly which isle I needed to go to and where to find it. Now that’s good customer service.

Kudos to Matt, Rodney and the other good folks at the Johnstown Rd location.
Matt went above and beyond to help me with an online same day delivery order when another store (3571 W Dublin Granville) decided they didn't want to deliver as promised. (said they would get to it next week)
Couldn't be more grateful to Matt for making it right and for Rodney's help on his day off.

Country music is blasting in the store. Doesn't the manager realize not everyone likes country music? I stopped shopping there because they forced me to listen to music I didn't like. Tough luck, you say, I say, why don't they blast RAP music? What is the manager's prejudice?

I placed an order yesterday morning at 6:45. If you order before 2 pm you can choose same day delivery. I asked to be updated via text regarding delivery. At 7:45 pm no text, phone calls and no delivery. Apparently they had problems with a truck and were behind. I was assured that I'd get my delivery early today. 2 pm , no text, no call, no delivery. Guy tells me they are a couple days behind . Why let me sign up for same day delivery if you can't honor it?! What's wrong with picking up a phone to inform the customer? Unorganized mess!

I was first told I could buy the assembled display grill if there was one in the back. Then it became: I cannot sell the display one, you can take the one in the back. I asked how much extra to take the display and was told she'd have to figure it out. I love how customer service went out the door with big companies.

Sorry but I'm not a fan. For several years this was my go-to place for farm-ish and product you need in the country. That was until they price gouged me on the cost of propane refills. In my case TSC was over a dollar more per gallon for propane than the Granville Mill just down the street. Now I avoid TSC and purchase my supplies from the Granville Mill or Rural King.Tip: If you want more examples of TSC price gouging and questionable business practices, do a price comparison with Rural King or in some cases Menards. Need a more proof? No problem. Do a search on the TSC website for "chain binder" and compare prices when doing the same search on the Rural King website. As of the writing of this review TSC's price was double the Rural King price. Same "made in China" binder, maybe a different color, but they charge twice as much. I have found TSC prices to be consistently higher than other local sources. If you want another example, do a google search on "Elanco Praziquantel Tablets for Cats". As of this wiring you will pay $16 on Amazon for a regular order ($8 if you subscribe and save), while at TSC it will cost you $24.99. Same product, way more expensive. But I guess you do get TSC Neighbor Rewards (aka the shaft). In summary, TSC should be ashamed of their business practices and how they treat their customers/neighbors. Please be careful with TSC, this once trustworthy business is now anything but trustworthy.I can only conclude TSC is more focused on their stock price than doing right by its customers/neighbors.

Ideally we'd give 0 from what happened today at the Sunbury location. After speaking with corporate, the Johnstown Manager Matt, called us back. He went in on his day off the remedy the situation prior to calling us. I cannot explain to you how much this man actually did today when he didn't even have to. Our issue was mainly with the Sunbury location and their "corporate policies" (that corporate did not agree with). Thank you Matt for caring and going above and beyond for customers that were not even yours. I hope the Sunbury location can learn from you.

Horrible Santa and pet experience. Pictures were never printed and provided. Never even got a phone call about the issues. Had to call and find out that you could come and see if they were able to recover your pictures.

Nice cashier made sure they had 10 bags of stone for me. Another friendly person loaded them in my truck for me. They have more stone than other TSC in the area.
