The accommodations are no frill but certainly adequate. They are older cottages but clean. It is all about your expectations: if you need a great location at a reasonable price this place is perfect. There are picnic tables and a fire pit to enjoy as well.The one downside is the setup is that of a duplex: two units per building. Could be an issue if you don't like you neighbors as some things are shared. So in a perfect situation you would rent both sides with your friends or family.

Everytime we visit Adam is so GREAT!! The cottages are just what you need a full equipped kitchen,bedroom and bathroom. I know I'll be back.

Cabin was cozy had 3 bedrooms 1 1/2 baths with a title for 4 beds. You must bring your own food and necessities which is great for anyone that don't use mainstream products 5 mind away from store but right in front of the water. Very friendly place and peaceful.

We stay here every time we go to Kelley’s island. Very peaceful and quiet, the owner is very nice and the prices are good. It’s always clean, and welcoming.

Just left the island after 5 days of walleye fishing. This was a perfect place for what we were doing. Couldn’t ask for any more. Adam. ( owner) is a terrific host and even better fishing partner. I will make this my number one fall destination for years to come. Best trip ever.

Have stayed here for over 12 years now and keep coming back every summer. Such a great place for families, fishing, relaxing and having a great time. Would recommend it to everyone!
