Every interaction I had with anyone was exceptional. The woman I spoke with to place my initial order. Every single driver who dropped off, or picked up the cubes. The gentleman at the end to schedule the final pickup. Everyone was on time, pleasant, helpful. I do not think I have ever had such a flawless experience with a company. ABF/U-Pack have got customer service down to a great experience. I am extremely glad they were recommended to me.

U-Pack was a fantastic choice for our out of state move. From the initial phone call to the final trailer pick up everything went great. My trailer was delivered to my new home right when they said it would be. Every U-Pack employee we dealt with was extremely helpful and pleasant. I love the fact that there were no hidden or surprise fees! Everything was exposed up front. What I was quoted was what I was charged. If you are looking to move state to state make U-Pack your first phone call.

My first "by truck" delivery shipped from New York to my residential doorstep. Kent phone people were extremely helpful. Shipment was easy to track and arrived on time, with pre-delivery phone update as promised. Boxes (delicate gear) in perfect condition. Driver "Joe" was quite pleasant.

Was told between 10am and 2pm delivery time. Took the day off specially with ZERO PAY to make sure my $3500 product was not left 500 feet from my house on the curb. Called at noon was told driver is on his way he was 37 miles away. 3:15 called again driver went to another city another direction. Was told i can do a dock pickup?????? Why pay for shipping at that point??????? Now waiting another hour to see if the trucl shows up. As an otr driver myself i had to call off of a two day 1150 mile run. And two days trainer pay so close to $1000 missed. Very disappointed in this ltl freight service.

They did a great job of communicating, they were timely with delivering the trailer as well as picking it up on both ends. I was surprised that the trailer was not air ride which made me nervous because my stuff was in the nose and justifiably so as my stuff got knocked around quite a bit but very little breakage. I would use them again but probably do the pod.
