Terrible business and customer service . Did a mistake and purchased an edge trimmer from ace , got there and :
1) They want me to sign on my prepaid order without seeing item first .
2) It was supposedly a brand new item but filled with gas ???
3) I asked the employee for a brand new without gas in it and the manager says no because the first one already registered in my name for warranty ! Why is it registered if I didn’t pick it up yet ? What if I decided to cancel the order ?
So as a result ace prefers to lose the sale and not swap out my trimmer ?? Ridiculous customer service , never again giving them a $$$

Really want to support local businesses, but I can't rely on Ace. Go to the Ace web site to see if a repair item is in stock, web site says it is and ready in 15 minutes. Drive 20 minutes to get there to find out "nope we don't stock those, we can order you one..." What's worse than not having one? Saying you do when you don't.
Nice people trying... maybe don't show inventory on the web site.

I no not going to do any good why you have stuff on website ready in store pick up 15 minutes this is not the frist time I go on line look up I need go get 4 job I am on go ace waist gas my time find out all we don't have that or someone working there should not be. We'll no more lows always have what on website

I had to stop in and grab a couple of needed bolts for a project. While there I was pleased to find out that they carry Milwaukee packout products in stock. The store was well organized and clean. I was able to get what I needed and more. They have a great variety of items some of which may be hard to find at other retailers.

I came in tonight with my daughter and one of the elderly men working there pulled my 10 yr old daughter aside and demeaned her face to face for being a furry, because she wanted to wear fuzzy ears and a tail for fun. She isn't a furry or a "brony" like he said. She's 10...... And that was very inappropriate. I'm fighting a rare cancer at 38 years old. My kids kind of aren't dealing with it well and that was just the example of some really scummy behavior. How childish and disgusting! I own my own company and have worked with many people that work for multiple counties over my 25 years in the industry, (started working construction at 13) bbb, Columbus etc. I was literally in newspapers for work I did on Stan Hywet Hall.. Im seriously considering reporting this.
