Do not use this company! Poor communication and records kept by the company's employees! College age students thought that the final payment had been made and have email communications stating so, yet somehow a collections agency was contacted, but the students NEVER were! No bill requesting additional fees, nothing! Just a collections report now on a twenty something's credit report who didn't even have a credit card and has done everything right by not building up credit card debt or credit issues.Look elsewhere for storage needs in the Kent area!

Do not use this facility! Horrible customer service and they send to collections without warning. My college-aged son rented a storage unit for one month with some roommates. He was unaware that one of the room mates had not removed a sofa and immediately called upon receiving an invoice. He spoke to the site manager, Patty, who told him that if it was removed by that Friday he would not be charged. The furniture was removed as agreed upon with her and he never received another invoice from them. As a matter of fact, his online billing summary shows no invoice after Aug. 1, 2022- the original invoice date. He went to apply for credit eight months later and was denied because it was in collections. He never had any additional contact with SROA or with a collection agency to know this was still an issue. He has tried to contact SROA two times and has not received a return call either time and the dispute with the credit agency has been denied.

I would never use them again. I moved out on the 1st of the month. I swept it out, and cleaned it better than it was when I first moved my stuff in. But since I moved my stuff out on the 1st, instead of the day before - they charged me for the entire month. The units are ridiculously expensive, which is why I moved out. Now my credit is getting messed up over a bill I should not have to pay. I could see if there was a need for the unit, or people waiting on it. That was not the case, though. They are definitely not a customer-focused company.

It's super irritating trying to get in the front gate. The gate code is changed every month because the actual gate code specified on the website does not work. So every month, you have to try to get in contact with the property owner JUST to get that month's temporary gate code so that you can get to your unit... it does not make any sense.
