Unacceptable that every time I call there for medical or dental nobody answers leave a message. They’ll call you back. No they don’t. This is so unacceptable. This is my choice of medical doctors and they can’t even answer the phone in the beginning. Loved it. I don’t know what’s changed staff Hours money but this is unacceptable. There should be somebody there to answer those phones at all times for the medical in the dental office, but this being more of a convenience I guess it’s time for a change.

Myself and others have had a very hard time getting medication refilled promptly. I was told to give them 5 business days but some meds cannot wait that long. They don’t pay attention to your concerns and are constantly over booked. They also confused a friend of mine with another client and she couldn’t get her meds because they switched the files. I will not be going back.

Every single person here was so helpful and caring I have never experienced such kind and thoughtful care at a dentist before. I am so grateful for their help and plan on continuing treatment with them for future visits

Every time I've gone to this Kent location, they're running at least 15–20 minutes behind. The first time I made an appointment, I scheduled a cleaning. I couldn't get in for three months, and one week before my appointment, they called and said I needed an exam first. I don't know why they didn't tell me that when I first made the appointment. I had to wait another three months. A week before my second appointment, the same thing happened; they said they double-booked and needed to reschedule again. I couldn't get in for another two months. Overall, I had to reschedule three times because of them, resulting in an eight-month wait just to get an exam. And for some reason, they don't allow an exam and cleaning on the same day. The front desk employees act as if it's a hassle to deal with you, which is their job... overall 0/10.
I now go to the Akron location on West Market Street. I never have any problems there, and the staff are much friendlier.

Could I please tell you how WONDERFUL the dental hygienist was with my 5 year old grandson!!! Her name was Sarah, and I would definitely recommend her a million times. He was a little scared, and she knew just how to make him comfortable. You can tell she really cares. She went above and beyond. He may just LOVE coming to the dentist now! THANK YOU SARAH :)

I have been going to Axess point for over a decade. I love my doctor but the rest of the staff is absolutely atrocious. The front desk workers rarely listen and often misdirect you or treat you like the last person in the world they want to see. At least a dozen times a year I get prescribed the wrong things ( that reason is what made me so mad I'd share this review)
I'm an open heart surgery patient that's diabetic. Due to wrong prescriptions etc i've been without insulin / insulin needles multiple times. Dealing with Axess point can seriously make you feel like your life doesn't matter.

I just went there for first time.Mrs Rosati was fantastic.I wanted a new doctor closer to home.This was a good choice.I am happy with my new medical surroundings.God bless you Mrs Rosati

Called once and the lady who answered couldn't understand that I was a new patient even though I kept saying it. She put me on hold and when she came back she didn't give me a chance to unmute myself before hanging up! Also I told her that I have a cough and chest pains she said that I would have to be looked at outside of the building?!? So they would not let me in the building if I have any respiratory issues that's insane I can understand for safety reasons but I'm going to see a doctor let me in the building!

I will never go back there again I called for appointment for a uti and they refused treatment I found out through my urologist I was positive for a uti knowing I feel neglected by a doctor with the last name of civil I’ll be taking my business somewhere else

diane is awful, i was running about 10 minutes late and called to let the front desk know, and i arrived 5 minutes late checked in and could hear diane say "im marking her as no call no show", as i was sitting in the lobby! i knew she was talking about me because the other girls said that they had just checked me in. had i been any later than 5 minutes i would have completely lost my appointment. you guys obviously have had a lot of complaints about her yet refuse to take any real action, i talked to my nurse about it and she said she gets complaints from patients daily about her and i can see by the reviews here that this isn't a rare occurance.
