It literally took 20 minutes to fill up. This was the slowest it has ever taken to get gas in my life. The other people pumping noticed as well. I'm not sure if that means they needed to fill the tanks but I'd rather run out of gas and walk 10 miles before enduring that again.

This particular BP had the best customer service that I have ever personally experienced at a gas station:) The rest room was out of order but the lovely young lady let me use the employee sink to wash my hands AND THEN… Because there was no soap, she ran and got me some! Then, she put the soap on my hands for me! I was so grateful and impressed that I just couldn’t not say something nice about this place. Thank You!

My 18-wheeler was stuck in the shop over the 2019 Thanksgiving holiday this man behind the register made sure I was fed, sure it was meat sticks, chips, blocks of cheese and cold deli sandwiches but considering that every other place was closed I am eternally grateful

On 21 November 2018, we pulled into a well lit "24 hour" gas station at 11:29 pm. Walking up to the door the employee locked the doors and said from the inside that they just closed, smiling as he said it, then turned off the outside lights and the sign.

Paid for a pack of smokes and a few more items and when I returned home (40 minutes later) I found that I was charged for and shorted the smokes. Not cool, clerk, not cool.
