I brought my 3 month old kitten and one year old cat here because my normal vet was booked for the next few days. The staff was incredibly kind, helpful, and thorough. They made me feel heard as I was discussing my concerns, mentioned different treatment options, and gave me a quote of the price. Very affordable prices, cost me less than 400 dollars to have both cats examined, given injections, urinalysis, antibiotics, and probiotics. Such an incredible service when the only other option is the emergency vet, which I’m certain would have cost significantly more.I arrived a half hour before walk-ins began and I was seen second in line, but the parking lot was very full as I was leaving. I can imagine the waits could be quite long if you don’t plan on arriving early. Plan on bringing food and water for your pet incase of a long wait!I’m very grateful to all the staff for their help and would absolutely come back and recommend them to anyone in need of veterinary care :)

We took our puppy last week to this joke of a vet right away as soon as we noticed something wrong . They misdiagnosed him & charged us for an x-ray. Told us he had a fever . Sent him home , just to now find out it was a more serious problem & we didn't know it . Hes gone . Do not go to this vet if you don't want ripped off and you want you pet to live ? . All took our $$ . I'm high pissed off !!! They need put out of business & sued plus fined !!!!!!

Update: My husband continues to use this vet for our dog I have, since moved on to a friendlier, better organized, more efficient, accessible veterinarian. I had to call them today about a prescription and it’s the usual telling us something different than they told us the last time. Almost like they don’t want to give you the medication that they insisted you pay $200 for lab test in order to get it in the first place. Nothing but hassle hereThe phone line is always busy or they put you on hold and leave you there. Business hours too few for the amount of customers they have. Tired of not being able to get meds because no one is available when your dog is suffering. Currently looking elsewhere. Tired of these people.

I am disabled and drove all the way out with a new puppy to have her do a regular checkup that's been required as per our contract with the breeder. I called the day before and their automated voice message says that they are a walk in clinic only and it states their hours. It also says that when you arrive in their parking lot to call. I arrive 20 minutes after 8 just to call and be told they aren't doing walk ins till 2 pm that day. WOW that would've been nice to know when I called! It's not that hard to add specifications to your automated messages. On their website I had to click 3 separate links just to get to their hours and OH now I see it! No one should have to dig for that information. It should be loud and clear front page, or by calling because when you say walk ins only 8am-5pm, I am going to assume you aren't doing scheduled surgeries on a random Tuesday morning from 8am-1pm. Thank you for wasting me and my puppies time and energy!

My sisters dog has been regularly seen at this vet for almost 10 weeks and we have been life long customers before ownership switched hands. We are extremely disappointed in the care given at this vet. Our dog Bingo broke her leg 10 weeks ago and has been seen probably 8 times since, only one time (the first time) have we spoken to the vet even though we have pushed to see one. The last appointment I went with my sister to make sure we got X-rays as they kept pushing them back, after trying to talk us out of them they agreed but we were not seen by the vet. We discussed specifically that I wanted to talk to the vet about instructions after her brace was removed so we made an appointment. After waiting 30 minutes only a tech saw her, we were to wait in the waiting room for her and were unable to speak with the vet. After 10 weeks with a cast on your leg wouldn’t you expect pain medication? Not just the normal she has been getting this entire time? Well here this is not even a discussion you can have with the vet but a statement a tech can give you as she hands you back your dog. We will never go here again or recommend this vet to anyone that doesn’t want to just hand over their animals blindly.

I brought my dog in during walk-in hours and the staff was great. They kept me updated on the quote amount throughout the visit, which I liked. I felt like the vet tech genuinely cared about my dog. Overall I will bring my dogs back.Prices:The prices weren’t bad for a 100 lb dog; $65 or $70 for exam but waived if getting vaccinated; Vaccinations were about $52 each; meds were cheaper here than the ER vet; bandage change was $75; nextguard were $44 / mo; toe nail clipping $10Wait time:I was initially very annoyed at the 2 hours we sat and waited in the car. Then read some recent reviews giving 1 star and mentioning people who arrived after them were being seen first. That happened to me as well. Normally this would get a 1 or 2 star review. However I learned there are reasons this could happen. If the pet is on sedatives, you only have a short window to get them in and treated before they wear off. You can pencil in follow up visits with the techs for dressing/bandage changes which are a shorter wait since you don’t need to see the doctor. As my next visit will be both a sedated dog and bandage change I will likely be one of the people who gets seen quickly and others who have arrived before me may feel annoyed. Sorry everyone if you are the people waiting in the parking lot for my next few visits. The sedation is for everyone’s safety and no one wants a 100 lb dog to chomp down on their hand or arm.

I had to take my cat there he needs to have some teeth pulled and he needed his shots. They were very nice and took good care of him until he gets his blood work and his extraction scheduled.
