1 teller and need to make appointments to open a simple account? Can't even give these crooks your free money anymore. Absolutely ridiculous.

The manager at the time when I came in was extremely dismissive about my need for a notary even after I told him I had an appointment. The teller and notary were helpful. However the managers attitude was uncalled for.

I was trying to remove my money out of the bank after a large deposit. There is a very nasty lady there she wouldnt accept my bank card and d.l. for the withdrawal. She was the most rude employee of all time. With her eye rolling and heavy breathing. We were told that you dont have your phone number linked to the account. I have never been told that was necessary. In the end she refused and there was nothing i could do. So smart a** me went to the atm over and over taking out 800.00 at a time till i got what i requested. Ill show you chase bank!

Friendly service? When you're the ONLY one in the drive thru and you sign your paper and sit there for 10 minutes still waiting for your money--It's pretty RUDE of the teller who sends your money out to say "You weren't the first customer"after I pushed the call button--According to what I could see--I WAS the only customer in the drive thru and it shouldn't have taken so long to get money out--then get a smarta$$ remark from the teller

We were new to the area and needed to get some papers notarized and open accounts. We stopped here because we have a Chase credit card and were told by a very rude female Teller that unless we had a checking or savings account already opened with them they WOULD. Not notarized anything. Sorry Chase but that is the rudest way to treat a potential customer and by the way teach your tellers to NOT yell things across a lobby, it's just RUDE!
