Based on the reviews, City Service Co. is a towing company with very kind and helpful people, from the office staff to the tow truck drivers. The owner and other individuals who work there help customers in less than ideal situations. The drivers take their time with safety as their top priority. They are extremely quick to a location, with one driver arriving in less than 10 minutes for a locked key situation and another arriving in 40 minutes for a disabled vehicle. The company is a full service towing company. They also help customers get items after a wreck and get a license plate off. Customers are thankful for their service during stressful times, and they are highly recommended for any towing needs.

I thought I lost the key. The owner and another person who works there helped me look for, and find, the key. Extremely nice and helpful when in a less than ideal situation. The individuals in the front office were kind and helpful when I called to ask what time they closed.

Best experience with a tow company I could've had. Joshua took his time pulling us out of the snow while safety being his top priority. We were able to drive home and he made sure I did just that. Thank you Josh and company for treating us so kindly during this stressful time!!
