Very neglected and run-down facility. Vacuums have poor suction. Trash cans are overflowing. Many of the coin dispensers do not work. Brushes are very old and dirty. Not recommended.

Very disappointed. Car was covered in soap after the wash. Looked worse afterwards than when I pulled it in.

Quite a relic of a car wash. Doesn't take card in any way. Still only takes coins or cash, but the cash readers are extremely picky, both in the bay, and at the coin exchanger. There aren't plugs anywhere to use your own detailing equipment if you wanted to. Considering that there's a far better automatic car wash only a mile down the road in Kent, and it has better vacuums, better drive-thru wash, and a bug prep station to get dried bugs off your car, this car wash does absolutely nothing to stand out. No wonder I never see anyone in here.

Recent repairs have been made to the self service bays which is a plus. Prior to the repairs the buttons were quite worn, some of the selection indicator lights did not work, some of the bill acceptance machines did not work, and the change slots would get frequently jammed or would inaccurately count. Facility does still appear dated but self service washes function as intended.

The automatic car wash wasn't worth the money, but I had my kid in the car and couldn't really get out to wash my car. So I opted for the $12 super clean and simply put, my car is just as dirty as when it went in.

I have not used the automatic car wash, I personally prefer to use the bays where I can do it myself. I have never had any issues using them, and it gets my car very clean. Their vacuums are the best compared to anywhere in Ravenna, where I used to take my car when it needed clean. One evening, not too long ago, I had stopped to vacuum out my mom's car I had while mine was in the shop getting fixed. Since all my family is in PA, my mom allowed me to borrow hers, putting her & my step-dad down to one vehicle, so I especially wanted to make sure I gave it back just as clean as when I got it for helping me out. (Side note, my cousin had just detailed my mother's car right before I got it and these vacuums were able to sweep everything out just as he did!) It was starting to get dark out when I got there, and I noticed a truck in one of the bays with a man who wasn't washing his truck but just looked to be messing around. Here, he was the owner who walked down to me to let me know he was the owner and that he was working on a few things. I thought that was very kind of him to let me know.

Did the job of getting off a bunch of mud. Needs updated, could hardly read what the button options were.
