Just bought a rav4 this week. He worked out a deal with me without hesitation and was very upfront and easy to work with. I also bought a vehicle a few years back from the other car connection in Ravenna, that was a great experience as well.

Bought a car from here cel was on. I asked why originally told ne he didn't know. Then told me after a scan it easy a p096 code. 2 days after purchase notice the bad smell of oil from what turned out a blown valve cover gasket. I asked if they would help with the cost nobody called me back or answered me. I would advise anyone to stay away from here the first car I bought from.then blew up in a month. Buying from pa they have no check or inspections done. Their care a re not safe

If you are looking for a reliable car this is not the place. I was considering buying a GMC envoy from this place, I went to have it looked at twice to know what was wrong with what I was planning to buy and i put down a deposit. After I found out what was actually wrong with the car, I told him I wasn't interested because of the amount of work the car needed. I asked if I could take another car on the lot to be looked at to see if it needed less work. This man had the audacity to tell me (THE CUSTOMER) that I wasn't allowed to take the car to be looked at because doesn't want his cars being driven around town all day. Like what??? Anyone who doesn't want you to drive a car YOU might be buying to your own mechanic - that is a MAJOR RED FLAG. So basically he's telling me He wants me to buy a car without looking under the hood. So I said to him. Don't I have the right to have something looked at before I buy it??? That should be a given. Then had the nerve to tell me very rudely and yelled "well if you want to be cocky you can just leave " all because I asked too have a car looked at by my mechanic ??. I didn't know asking to see what's wrong with a car is "being cocky" ???
This business is a joke. Take your money else where as I did.
