“My experience with the red twig was extremely disappointing, frustrating and overall awful. It is the worst experience I’ve ever experienced in my life. They demanded a 50% deposit of $4000 that was apparently nonrefundable even though they did not incur any costs when we canceled our wedding due to serious health issues. We were still planning on using them at a later date.
We tried to work with them, but they were unwilling to work with us. Even though we gave them enough notice so they did not order any flowers beforehand or incur any costs. We went to the store to speak with them because they would not take our calls or reply to our messages. When we walked in to their store Michelle, the owner, literally ran to the back room and did not come out the entire time we were there. Obviously, she refused to meet with us. That tells me everything I need to know about someone’s character.

“I requested a live floral wreath with hanging ribbons, and specific flowers for a funeral service and they did an amazing job! It was just gorgeous, absolutely perfect and delivered with the stand anchored firmly in the ground! I also ordered toss flowers and they were all so beautiful and delivered in a water bucket to remain fresh. Everything was delivered to the plot an hour before the service. They also have small gifts in shop as well so I purchased a few things to support local small businesses. I will definitely be back again! Thank you!!”

“I was desperate for a corsage last minute after finding out the one I ordered online was going to be delayed. I called hoping they could just throw something together. The lady I spoke with was so kind, she said they had a couple extra and asked what the colors would be. I said light pink and black, but I’d do really any color if we could add in a black bow or if it was white. She said well you’re in luck, the extra we have is light pink and black, what are the odds of that. I picked it up and it was perfect. Such a nice quality. Flowers an always has the most beautiful arrangements and superb customer service.”
