What once was my go to Goodwill has been taken over by pure selfish greed. They had furniture in decent shape however a small chest of drawers was priced $250 living room side table $175 I stopped looking at furniture after that. The also had a set of John Deer plates set with an Ollies Store price tag for $19.99 and Goodwill priced it at $50.00 a filthy K cup coffee maker for $16.00. I respect the items going up I feel that an employee is doing a google search for resellers prices and failing to see the actuality of an actual sale.

I went the other day and the staff were nice. I found a lot of nice stuff. I’m not sure why it got bad reviews …

Drove 20 minutes to check it out. Specifically the electronics. If you need 10 George foreman grills or coffee makers, there's plenty. Anything else honestly looked like trash. Nothing worth buying. Huge selection of clothes that I wasn't interested in.

Clean and well-organized location. I've visited the store several times recently, as well as the donation center once, and staff was helpful each time. Keep up the good work!

Went to drop off donations this evening and got there right at close. I felt bad, but the gentleman that took my donation were very nice and accommodating. I apologized for the last minute donation. They smiled and told me no worries and to have a nice evening.

I used to work at this store, and I am not sure what happened over the years. The staff is extremely rude and abrupt every time I donate anything. Today I donated a ton of nice glassware and also a huge bag of clothes, a lot of which are in good shape and even new clothes that just didn't fit me. I figured it's nice to give back when you can. Anyway, today I didn't even make it out of my car to grab the other bags before the lady there yelled at me for putting one plastic bag on the ground. I was so shocked I didn't even say anything. The other girl working with her barely said a word to me and while she was not rude, she looked miserable and made no attempts to talk or ask me if I wanted a receipt or coupon. I am not donating anymore to this location. I would rather drive an hour away from my house to donate than go here again. When I worked there, it was unacceptable to treat customers and donors this way. Get it together! Your donors are literally funding your mission, and they deserve respect.

Super rude staff! We showed up with a bunch of stuff to donate and as soon as we got out we were met with hostility and rudeness. Overall if I could give lower stars I would.

I always make sure I’m not going to a store right when they close. I got there an hour before, picked out some items to try and then found out that they closed the fitting rooms over half an hour early. At 7:30 I asked to be let into a fitting room and they said they close them “now”. I understand closing them early but over half an hour is excessive.

Goodwill is my favorite place to shop, and I frequent Goodwills all over north east Ohio. This is, by far, the worst experience I have ever had. First of all, the pricing/discount system is insane. If you move a dress to the shirts and call it a long shirt, it magically becomes cheaper. Then you're up at the front with some girl trying to say a sports bra is a tank top, and like am I supposed to have to defend myself at check out????? Then we try all this stuff on and rehang everything we didn't want and put it out on the rack, and we hear a worker yelling about how disrespectful people are who leave a bunch of stuff in the dressing room. Mind you, we were reminded specifically by staff that we were only allowed to take 3 items in, so we took painstaking effort to be sure we only had 3 of our over 50 items in the dressing room at a time. Then, we get up to the register and Krystal (who is I guess "keyholder") starts to confront my sister and I about leaving things in the dressing room, and we did not leave a single item in the dressing room-- we barely even had anything that we tried on and didn't purchase. In addition to all of this, the bathroom is out of order. Be better, Goodwill.

The cashier went above and beyond for my little girl! My daughter loves TY plush. She asked me to take her to Goodwill to see if she could find any. A very kind employee asked if she could be of any assistance in looking for some in a large bin. I just want to say thank you. You made my little girl's shopping trip extra special for her.

I don’t like to be harassed while in the dressing room even though I was following their dumb 3 item maximum policy.
