I received the worst haircut of my 20s here yesterday by an older lady. I’m 27. She didn’t listen to a single thing.
I don’t know her name. Thanks for ruining my trip for pictures though! Put some more thought your customers instead of pumping them out one by one doing basically whatever you want, it isn’t good.

Worst haircut ever. Cut off over a foot of hair when I asked for a trim. Then another "lady" that worked there had a problem with me ruffling out my curls. It wasn't styled it was butchered then left to dry on its own. Naturally curly hair is crazy when not told what to do. Glare at me like that again I dare you. My hair is my hair. How can you not listen to what i ask for. All hair stylists are taught that they are the only ones that know what's good for you? Forget that I have combination hair due to alot of African heritage even though I'm whiter than snow. Go work in a greasy spoon.

I don’t recommend if you have curly/coily hair. They dont have adequate tools or workers trained to work with such, sadly a waste of time. Clean environment though and I assume great if you have straight hair.

Wanted just sides and back cut to a 2. I had grown my hair out for a year wanted to keep top length. Lady didnt put my hair up and just cut all my hair off. Left with shorter hair than I have ever had. Then she asked how much I want off the top after she had already cut my hair off and when i told her 1 inch her answer was i cant blend it. Ya you cant blend it because you already chopped it off maybe put my hair up before you shave the sides? I dont even cut hair and im not that dense.

Horrible place got my hair cut there in about September-October I asked just for about 1-2 inchs the lady ended up cutting 6 INCHS OFF MY HAIR it took me so long to grow it out and I am still so unhappy with my hair rude staff didn’t talk the entire time I don’t recommend this place AT ALL.

My daughter's hair was almost to her butt she told Lauren she wanted it right below her breast area and showed her with her hands exactly where she wanted it. She started in the back and my daughter instantly was very upset with how short it was another worker said the back is always shorter but the front would lay where she wants it so we calmed down. When she got done with my 16 year old daughters hair it was at her shoulders my daughter CRIED was literally bawling her eyes out in the salon and has been crying for several hours because of how short her hair is! I have been waiting for the manager to call me back and she hasn't yet!! We will not let this go!And don't let them responding to this make you think that they make things ridge because they don't do anything. It's December 20th today and my daughter is still very upset about her hair
