My husband took our boys to get their hair cuts here. When they walked through the door my mouth dropped. I couldn’t believe how horrible their haircuts looked. My oldest son’s hair was the worst. He has a beautiful head of hair and came home bald, patchy spots, chunks missing, and a lightning bolt buzzed on the side of his head that looked like a scar. Worst haircut ever.

I rarely have had a bad experience coming to this location. But today, one of the worst I have had, in several years.I asked for the sides shaved down, there are patches of hair that were missed, that I have to now have someone else fix. Not to mention I asked for a half inch taken off the entire center of my mohawk, all that was trimmed was half inch off the very back of it. Wasted money. Should have went to Sports Clips.Requested style: Shaved sides and mohawk trim.

I’m giving this location 2 stars reluctantly. I would love to give this location 5 stars because we have always been happy with our son’s hair cuts from here. However this last time (2/5/24) I brought him in for a hair cut, 4 days later I noticed a blister on his scalp that he said had been itchy since the morning after his haircut. It got worse over the weekend so when I took him to get it looked at it was found to be impetigo. The Dr. said that all evidence is showing that it would have came from the clippers or possibly scissors used by the stylist. Reasons given for evidence are, had it came from school or even home it would have appeared on other locations on his body first. The location of the large blister is where the bacteria had originally been introduced. Plus his itchy scalp the morning after was another hard fact. It honestly pains me to have to report this because we were truly so thrilled with her and the hair cut she gave to our son. It was truly the best cut he had in a very long time. The stylist took her time with him but didn’t take too long, she asked him along the way if he was happy with the direction it was going and she was very sweet and truly overall awesome. Our son really liked her and the hair cut she gave him. So it’s unfortunate for me to have to post this however I do feel it very necessary because I would hate for this to happen again to anyone else.

Gracie is the only hairstylist I have ever let cut my hair more than once. I have natural curly hair and I have paid crazy amounts of money for “curly hair experts” that have disappointed and charged way too much. Gracie was sweet and cut my hair exactly how I wanted! She made suggestions about what would work best for my hair type. For all you curly hair ladies out there that can’t find the right hair stylist,…call Gracie!

Gracie lived up to her name. She gave me the best shampoo of my entire life! She was kind, courteous, & did a fabulous job cutting 8in off my hair, making me feel like a brand new person.
