Sadly they accidentally took over $100 out of my bank account and was not helpful to try and refund it when it was their mistake. I had to go through several calls and waiting before I just gave up. Still never got my money back

One of the tax preparers named Jeff LIED & said he would call me back in 20 minutes to give me info on my taxes, its now 1 hour past closing time & not one phone call came through.

Very professional very had workers responsible great quality i would have anyone go there cant beat the people just the hard work they put in with this covd should say something about the kind ness because if we can't feed out family were would we be just them going to work.
