Timely repairs, and unbeatable proximity to Kent State. Last semester when I got a flat on my way to school I was able to walk to the shop, and still make it back to school for my following class.

A big thank you Kent cycles! This is seriously the best bike shop and greatest owner I’ve ever encountered in 30+ years of cycling. The store owner stands by his product and his joy/passion for cycling is infectious. Renting a bike at Kent cycle is one of the things I most look forward to doing every chance I get.

Ordered strong steel forks for electric hub motor, a few modifications and everything worked perfect, I'd recommend.

I absolutely love Kent Cycle!! Highly recommend this family owned business. They always treat me like family and make it a point to let me know they value my business. They have went above and beyond to help me establish a healthier lifestyle which includes biking regularly. I have completely changed my lifestyle and feel so much better and I can't thank them enough. I didn't think I would enjoy bike riding at first but with their encouragement and motivation and helping me find the right bike for my budget, I'm so grateful to enjoy bike riding and being active. Stop in and check them out, you won't feel pressured to buy anything. They are always willing to share information and the atmosphere is clean and welcoming

Happen to find this place by chance while visiting relatives in Ohio. Knowledgeable and friendly staff, great selection also with high-end bikes that are hard to find at a lot of bike shops.

Good service prices, competent, knowledgeable staff, and they even service ebikes! They do good work on traditional bikes too of course.
If you need service or just want to buy a bike, I would not hesitate to recommend Kent Cycle!
Update: I took my old steel mountain bike in for a tune up and drive train cleaning. Thanks to Marty, my bike rides great now!
I feel fortunate Kent has a local bike shop, thanks again Kent Cycle!
