My husband and I just left the Kent Key Bank branch. As we got in the car I commented to him how great Beth is and how, over the 20 years I’ve been using this branch and working with Beth she has consistently been nothing short of amazing. He suggested I let the bank know so here I am. :)
Beth at the Kent Key Bank is a gem. I’ve been banking at Key for 35 years and Beth is not only the best thing about Key but is the best service provider I’ve ever encountered. She handles tough situations with grace, compassion, and ease. Her ability to think through implications and connect the dots so you’re fully aware of next steps is unparalleled. Thank you Beth for your many years of service!

The crappiest bank in the United States. They should change their name to FeeBank. They charge you fees every single chance they get. They seem to manipulate your transactions and post dates so they can charge you fees. That’s what it seems in my accounts. Be aware!!

The main branch of Key Bank in Kent is small, but welcoming. Beth and the rest of the team are caring and efficient, and the lines are rarely long. I've worked with this bank for almost twenty years, through all the twists and turns of life, and have never been disappointed.
