The staff were all kind and supportive. Unfortunately I picked the car up after hours. When I started it up there was an indicator light that said 2 of my tires were not properly inflated. I would think this would have been handled by the service department when I left it for an oil/service for a day.

Took our 2019 Ram in for an oil change, and check engine light. Joe Hillard is our point of contact in service. After talking with Joe he indicated that our truck was not quite done, so instantly Joe asked me if I needed a rental. I did when I got to the car rental, Joe had a reservation made for me and plenty of time on the reservation. Our truck was fixed less than 24 hours after getting the rental. Picked up our truck and Joe informed us that an update was completed (we did ask for that) but glad it was done. After we completed our paperwork and payment. Joe took us to our truck which was also freshly washed. Joe had always been good to our family and our vehicles.

I am buying a truck very soon.I was not sure where to go and feeling uneasy about the buying process, but I spoke with Kara and she made me feel much more comfortable. After speaking with her I am confident this location will make the process easy and give me the best deal possible. The owner is apparently very customer focused and doesn’t push sales tactics on his employees.

Great experience with the service department. Joe Hilliard ensured that our repair met our standards. He also assisted with getting me a ride so that I didn’t miss any work. Klaben is top notch!

I purchased my Jeep Compass at Klaben and continue to go back to their service center despite it being a longer commute for me. The service department has always been phenomenal with the maintenance and service of my car. Most recently, I’ve had the pleasure of working with Kara with some part replacements and updates. She has been incredibly helpful and has called to keep me in the loop every step of the way. I am appreciative of her and the rest of Klaben team’s help!Services: Air & cabin filter replacement

Kara was very kind and helpful. She hooked me up with a rental car within minutes and kept in contact while my vehicle was undergoing maintenance over the weekend. The entire ordeal was smooth and went without incident. She did a very good job, and Klaben continues to impress. Go Bucks!

Kara was so amazing! She took my car in on super short notice and even organized a rental for me. Kept me up to date on how the service was going throughout the whole process. Truly a great experience! Everyone at Klaben is always so accommodating.

I am very pleased with my service appointments with Klaben. They do there absolute best to make sure you understand what they will be doing, how much it will cost and how long it will take. I have been going there for over 3 years now and have never had a problem with anything....my service associate is Logan & he goes above and beyond to update me & help me with whatever I need.Services: Electrical repair

My wife noticed the check engine light had come on all of a sudden one day while she was out she called me. I called Klaben, Kara in the service department had us in within 20 minutes with a rental car and told us she would get our vehicle looked at ASAP. Kara was amazing she kept in contact with us to let us know the progress of our vehicle. I definitely recommend Klaben Chrysler Jeep Dodge in Kent. They really do take care of their customers.

I’ve had mixed experiences with this group however I will say they have an amazing employee in Amanda. She makes it clear that you are her priority when you come in the door and ensures that she does everything in her power to make it a good experience. Even the things she has no control over, she still does her best to make right. Ever since working with her, my experiences have greatly improved.

Absolutely five star service. My 2019 Jeep Cherokee broke down on the Ohio Turnpike. I’m from out of state Virginia traveling to Michigan. Another dealership could no look at it for two weeks! Klaben said bring it in. I did the explained the process did the repairs.And helped me get a rental so I could continue on my trip! ??Excellent service!PeteService: Transmission repair

** Update 6/7/23 **If you EVER have a problem with any service from Klaben guve them a chance to rectify the situation. I left a review a couple weeks ago, which is below this update. Within an hour of leaving that review I was contacted by Tim B., the general sales manager. Tim was upset to hear about my experience and asked what he could do to make it right. From there I took my car back to them. As soon as I pulled in I was met by Mike V., who is the head of ALL of Klaben's auto services, body shop and repairs. I was also met by Dennis the service manager and my service adviser, Amanda. The amount of respect that I was shown and the help that I was given was on a level that I've never experienced before. They took care of all of my car's issues and at a price that I swear could never be beat. I started my original review saying that a year ago that I would've given a 5 star review. Well, my faith in Klaben has been fully restored. If I could leave 6 stars I would. Seriously, the whole team at Klaben, from sales to service, went above and beyond anything that I could ever had hoped for.Thank you so much Tim, Amanda, Mike, and Dennis. You guys are AWESOME!Last year, this would've been a 5 star review. Unfortunately things change. I have been using Klaben for my 2016 Chrysler 300 3.6 AWD since I bought it and used to have nothing but good to say about them. Recently, that is not the case. I took my car in 100k maintenance and everything seemed fine other than I asked them to check my rear brakes because I had thought that the person that replaced them for me may have not done the job correctly, I had been experiencing some vibration and squealing coming from them. Was told that they were fine and couldn't find any issues; I still have the noise and vibration. 2 weeks after the maintenance I had noticed that my car was leaking oil after it had ran for awhile and I called Klaben to bring it in. Amanda was great about getting me in unscheduled. Unfortunately, when the car was looked she wasn't in. Again, I was told that they couldn't find the issue but I was told of some other problems, expensive problems. Advised them that I had an extended warranty. The service manager, Jim, told me that he had called the warranty company and that the repairs would not be covered. Something didn't seem right so I went over the contract with the warranty company and, low and behold, those repairs would've been covered. I even called the company the next day to confirm and they said that yes they would be covered and that they had no record of speaking with Jim the service manager from Klaben. So to recap, my brakes still vibrate and squeal, my car is still leaking oil, and Jim the service manager lied to my face about speaking to my warranty administrator. The only reason that the issues I reported were not found is because they obviously did not road test my car. To be lied to by a supervisor that a warranty would not cover certain repairs is absolutely reprehensible. I used to trust Klaben, now I wouldn't take them my sons power wheel. They are great! Jim has a great urgency and thoroughness about him. Dennis is a great hands on service mgr. Chris does good work from the sales floor and future showroom and sees anything service through to the other department and team. Good people and thats why i go back.

Joe H. went above and beyond. I can definitely say that I was very pleased with the customer service at Klaben. I will continue using Klaben as my service department as they did not disappoint like the other Dodge,Chrysler, Jeep dealers have. Thank you Joe H for your excellent customer service ?
