Never used a laundry mat before - but this was by far one of the easiest laundry mats to use. Staff was also friendly, and helpful!

The only bad thing I can really say is, almost the whole time I was there, 2 employees talked bad about the other workers that weren't there.

I love coming to wash clothes here . Its always clean 😁 and the workers are friendly 😀 the washer runs very fast and on top of that you can put .25 cents in the dryer and it gives you a 10 minutes for dry u have never been to a place like that before but this place is great

The bar/laundrymat is not open after 8:29pm, staff there is unfriendly and rude.
They call themselves a bar but only open to about 8:00pm.
Wash machines and dryers are expensive.

Don't blame the customers for the fire. Your management was told over and over and over again for years now, that the dryers in fact were overheating and NOT because of capacity. You better check your machines...instead of waiting for another fire to happen. Very concerned customer

Used to really like this place. The large washers and dryers are very efficient. Unfortunately they allow people to tie up the machines for hours at a time. We sat for an hour and a half waiting for the big washers. A couple had put in their clothes and left. They did not even start the washers until they came back an hour and a half later. This place literally lost $90 in sales just in the big washers in that time. We ended up only doing our bedding and blankets. They lost the rest of our business. This occured between 4 and 8:30 pm Friday the 25th. I asked the attendant to about removing the clothes. He explained that we respect other people's property and further explained that unfortunately this happens all the time.

This place is great, and especially Angela. She is the most hard-working and dedicated person that I have met in. Kent, Ohio. She and the other staff members do a great job with the clothes and they also organize it the way you want it to be organized. I only do my laundry here and I have no plans to change in the future.
