I had a lot of recommendations from people and they were correct. I was put off by the 50 cars in the lot and the sarcasm from the guy at the desk,(he did say he was just joking),but I figured it would be a month till they got to my car. Two days later my car was fixed and they gave me a great price. I am very happy I gave them a try and will definitely continue to do business with them.

I have used Main Street Auto for years. They are honest, affordable, fair and the work quality has always been excellent. I put full trust in Mike and his crew. That's something I've found nowhere else in the auto maintenance and repair game.

I’ve been taking my car to Main Street Auto for close to 5 years now, and Mike and his crew consistently deliver top-notch service. They run the shop like a well-oiled machine—always professional, honest, and reliable.
One time I came in with a tire issue—I was sure I needed a new tire because it kept losing air. Instead of trying to sell me something I didn’t need, Mike took the time to find the real issue, fixed it right at the source, and only charged me around $25. Best part? That fix held up perfectly—the problem never came back.
It’s rare to find a mechanic who’s that honest and skilled. It makes total sense that they’ve been around for so long—shops like this stick around because people trust them.
The only downside? They’re almost always scheduled out a week or two in advance. But honestly, that’s a great sign and I don’t mind waiting at all—because I know I’m going to get the best service every time. It just goes to show the level of quality and efficiency they deliver, and why so many people keep coming back.
If you want a place you can truly rely on, I highly recommend Main Street Auto. Mike and his team are the real deal 👍🏽

I visited this shop on a recommendation from a friend for a used car pre-purchase inspection. They were friendly, thorough and took time to answer all of my questions. I was very impressed with their sincere customer service and knowledge.

My kid goes to Kent State and borrowed my car that broke down. We had it towed to Main Street. They could have taken advantage of the situation. Young student, gullible, first-time customer....but instead they provided excellent repair service at a fair price. They were able to get my kid back on the road the next day. I know we will be back for scheduled maintenance and any emergency repairs that come up. Typically first impressions can be a good indicator of how things will go. Things went very well.

The Mainstreet Auto team is great! Their workmanship superb and the customer service is wonderful! Mike is a dear! Book early if you need a car repair. They are booked out and that’s proof of their honesty, fair price & great service!

Nice people, good listeners to what you're wanting, reasonably priced, car done on time. Plan ahead for work you want as they are a busy shop and you may be a week or two out on an appointment. I dealt with Mike and he was great. I'll be back!
