Asked if a particular item could still get the sale price that had expired the day before and was rudely told no. Then, what I did purchase to have delivered was missed by the checkout person, and the store called to have me pay and wait to have scheduled. they wanted two different delivery fees for separate items. I guess cabinets and drywall can't be delivered in the same box truck. the other big box stores are looking better all the time anymore....

Robin in customer services was amazing. I came in to exchange an item, I didn’t have a receipt. She walked me through how to get my receipt from the kiosk. So kind and patient. Made the process so pleasant. Thank you Robin.

Was not happy to find out they closed off the entry door to plant area. Had to clear down to other end of store to get in which is difficult because I have a bad leg. Not going back there again.

Been here multiple times and always have had positive experiences. Today, Trinity Civay helped me purchase a new washer and dryer and was informative, professional and never pushy. Truly appreciated all her help!
Edit: the kit I had bought for the installation was broken so I had to take it back. The team refunded me the installation and exchanged the kit. It wasn’t until later that I realized I accidentally brought back all the hoses for the hook up and not just the kit. The team was so nice and exchanged the additional hoses for me as well and not just the kit. Great service all around!

We were overwhelmed by the choices of ceiling fans. Brian took the time to ask us where the fan would be mounted and what particular features we were looking for. He explained our options and pointed out different fans that would meet our needs. We were very impressed with his knowledge. Will definitely be coming back to replace 4 more fans. Brian was very professional. It was a pleasure dealing with him.

The guy in the paint department did not want to help us but when another customer came in he was very helpful. I complained to the manager but I don't feel it was taken seriously.
