Front of store is always clean and fantastic. Haven't had a great experience picking up anything bulk in the back lumberyard yet. Something is always messed up and it's a time suck.

Menama-nards!!! Deh do da do do!! Menama-nards!! I absolutely love this place. I mean, where else, what other store, honestly ,can one: (a) get lumber to build a deck (b) buy a work outfit to wear to build that deck (c) buy hamburger, buns, ketchup and mustard and chips as well as (d) a grill to cook that Hamburg when you get hungry from building that deck and (e) a lawn chair to take a nap after eating the hamburger you made from getting hungry from building the deck you were able to build from the lumber you bought all under one roof? Pray Tell, where? Uh huh, that's what I thought, No Where but Menama-Nards!! Deh do da do do, Menama-nards!!!

Love this store!! They sell pretty much everything!!! Candy, cereal, tools, pet supplies, work gloves, lighting, back packs, trash cans... The list could go for days! Really nice people that work at the one in Kent/Bromfield... Their prices are hard to beat. Store was clean, well stocked and organized. I would recommend this store to anyone anytime.

Made a semi truck delivery here from the Washington C.H. warehouse. Everyone was friendly and helpfully and unloaded my trailer in a prompt manner. If delivering, from Talmadge Rd turn right onto Maplecrest Pkwy, then left after the Taco Bell. At stop sign at end of building, turn right and follow around the side of the building to the docks. If delivering a dry van load, stop at end of building and walk to the gate with your bills and check in.

I love the variety here. Still run into the problem that there aren't enough workers or people who know what they're talking about. But what I'm most upset about is prices marked lower and then you go to order and they're $8 more each. I believe legally you're supposed to have to honor the price you have advertised but customer service said no and just kept saying "but with the rebate its cheaper". That's not the point. You advertised $67, not $72 that's on your website. And when you're buying 10, that's a big price difference.

If there was a negative rating - Menards in Brimfield AND Cuyahoga Falls would get it. 1. Order 8 bags of play sand online - IN STOCK2. Go to Brimfield store to pick up - they only have 4 bags??? SOME HOW they LOST 1 1/2 PALLETS of play sand - W H A T ????3. They go to get the 4 bags to load in our van - FIFTEEN minutes later in my husband goes to find the guy - "Oh yeah, sorry, I forgot about you."4. Brimfield calls Cuyahoga Falls for us - yes they have sand.5 Drive to Cuyahoga Falls - not allowed in the yard without UPDATED paperwork - FOR 4 BAGS OF PLAY SAND!6. Go IN the store to Customer Service - wait in a long line because only one person is working Customer Service. BRIMFIELD NEVER TRANSFERS OUR ORDER!7. Go to another register to purchase said 4 bags of play sand to get NEW paperwork for play sand.8. Go back out to the yard to get remaining 4 bags of play sand. What should have been a 30-40 minute venture has now taken LITERALLY TWO HOURS for a 35 DOLLAR ORDER OF PLAY SAND!!! Menards - we really loved your store - but - 2 strikes and you're out - HOME DEPOT AND LOWES.....WE'RE COMING BACK TO YA!!! Goodbye Menards - hope you find your lost sand.

Good hardware store with tons of stuff for your home improvement needs. Sometimes they're alittle more expensive, but they have hard to find items. Glad there's one around here, I'd recommend this place!

Gotta love Menards, it's got everything, ya need in there. My dad and I often go there for lots of things like making keys, roofing, fencing materials, and a variety of wood. A couple thing about their is the different quality of woods is sometimes the cheaper wood is in better condition than the more expensive ones. You can also go and refill your empty propane tanks, which is cheaper than buying new ones.

Great selection of stuff, different from the other big box hardware stores. I personally am not thrilled with the whole rebate thing, but if you do remember to send them in, you can save a decent amount

I have gone into Menards one time, that was enough to never go back. Wanted to purchase a dishwasher, looked for a few minutes for an associate to help, found one sitting behind the dishwasher section. He immediately seemed put out by our questions, ok, looked at them anyway. Found one we liked for around 700, told him we'd like delivery and installation. He walked us to the back to the team to schedule delivery, said we want delivery and installation, associate "where would you like it delivered, driveway?" We stated we need installation, they don't install, fine, went back to make sure we didn't need extra components, sure enough we did. Went back to where associate was sitting and told him we need parts, he handed us one box, not everything needed....we then went back and canceled the whole thing. I was excited to check out menards, so much for that

I applied for and outside yard/receiving part time job, they got back to me and asked me to set up an interview time, I told them that those days wouldn’t work because I work from 9-5 at my other job, I sent an email saying I could come in early in the morning and I got a reply back that said they were proceeding with other candidates. Like you’re not even gonna consider me just because I could get an interview scheduled during a time that works best for you, that just seems like bad business skills if you don’t even want to make the effort to work out a time with a potential candidate, do better menards
